Helping Others

Helping other people who are in need in the best we can do is one of the best and greatest thing a person could do. When you help others without expecting something in return is a great act. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or not, giving a help does not require you to be rich and wealthy as long as you do it heartily without having second thoughts.
Never be afraid to help and assist others in their time of need, you never know when you may need that shoulder to lean on someday. When you’re helping and always kind to other people around you, you always get that most wonderful feeling that you can never compare and can never get to other material things.
Here are 2 of my favorite quotes when it comes to helping others.
First is from the famous author and my favorite motivational speaker Zig Ziglar.
“You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
Let’s say you’re a leader and to be able to become a successful one, you need to take good care of your people or your team first, you should always consider your decision not only for your own good but for the good of everybody. Being a leader doesn’t mean the people you have will serve you but you need to serve them and guide them for them to achieve their goals or guide and assist them to accomplish a certain task. Help them with their needs especially when it comes to advising them for them to reach their personal goals. Life of being a leader as we all know is not being always on top to be served by the people, it’s all about how you get everybody up to succeed. It may not be that easy but when you have the attitude of a good leadership to get everything going for everybody’s sake, then for sure you and your people are going to succeed.
Next quote that I really want to share is:
“When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great, and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”
~ Patanjali
There comes a time in your life when you’ll come to ask yourself if what’s your great purpose? Like Patanjali said in his quote above, finding a new project or purpose bigger than yourself opens up a whole new world of possibilities that expands way beyond yourself that you could never imagine that you could do or you could have done and your self-imposed limitations and expectations.
So, these are just two of my fave quotes when it comes to helping people. Whether  you’re a leader or not, rich or poor, young or old, straight or gay, boy or girl. Helping doesn’t have any limitations or boundaries to whoever we are as long as we do helping from the heart without expecting something in return.
